The 1000 HP Quintaplex Twin Fluid Pumper is a heavy duty trailer mounted unit that utilizes two QPA1000 quintaplex pumps driven by Caterpillar C-18 engines through Caterpillar CX35-P800 transmissions and Eaton AT1202 two speed auxiliary transmissions. All equipment installed and positioned for ease of repairs and maintenance. Both sides of the Twin Fluid Pumper are independent, ambidextrous pumping systems, each with their own hydraulic system including separate hydraulic tanks providing the ability to pump even in the event of component failure or while performing maintenance procedures. The only common components are the process piping, displacement tanks and control cab.
