ZJ50DB-ST cold-weather pad drilling rig for cluster well can work at -45°C and be stored at -60°C. The Cold-weather Pad Drilling Rig is developed on the basis of long-term research of performance effect of metal parts, rubber, electrical elements, signal elements, fluid medium, manufacturing process and operating environment considering the actual field conditions in Russia and Canada. The dual mode of low temperature material and heating & preservation will ensure the safety, reasonableness and humanization.
The Cold-weather Pad Drilling Rig is a new-style AC VF modularized drilling rig, designed to API ASY/T5609, HSE, GOST and other relevant standards. A 0∼100Hz AC power converted by a VFD from 600V 50Hz power transformed from 6300V industrial power network will drive draw-works, rotary table and mud pump.
Modularized design. AC VFD, connected with 6300V power network.The rig and unitized equipment are all on a dolly, and are moved along a guiderail through lifting-and-rolling of hydraulic cylinder. It is suitable for operations between cluster wells, can move to another well head without dismantling.The draw-works is fitted with two-speed gear reducer, and can meet the requirements for maximum test load of 400t and maximum hook speed of 1.5m/s.The Cold-weather Pad Drilling Rig is equipped with an auto driller motor which can be used as an emergency motor and can conveniently realize remote control. The mast and substructure can be lifted up 65m away from wellhead.The swinging-up type mast and substructure are lifted by drawworks in sequence without the need of wire-spooling, thus lifting load and time can be effectively reduced.The Cold-weather Pad Drilling Rig can work at -45°C and be stored at -60°C. Low temperature material and process are adopted, and heating and preservation are provided.The Cold-weather Pad Drilling Rig is equipped with safety monitoring, toxic gas detection, multi-person communication system and highly centralized driller control house, to enhance the operation safety and humanization.
