The line of Blending Units incorporates a unique design offering many innovative features and performance enhancements. The proprietary design and positioning of the jets provide high flow rates and consistent mixing energy, a smooth fluid surface, and the ability to effectively mix at most tub levels while minimizing air entrainment, allowing for quicker reaction to density changes. The Blending Units offer flow rates up to 130 bbl/min.
The control system is the key to bringing all this technology to work in a seamless, reliable package, ensuring consistent performance regardless of conditions. Our controls systems feature automatic and manual controls for redundancy in the event of a system failure. The automatic system features 3 modes of operations and provides the operators with constant system performance via on-board screens.
Maintenance and service is simplified with the Blending Unit design. The design features tub clean out ports in the inner ring of the blender tub. With our self flush and self clean feature, major clean-outs of buildup are not required.
