Single Pump Cementing Truck

Based on the second-class chassis, the single pump cementing truck is refitted by adding platform, driving system, hydraulic system, mixing system, control system and other special equipments.
This cementing unit is mainly used for well-cementing of oil-gas field deep well, sub deep well and shallow well.

Features

2.The self developed auto-mixing control system of cementing unit can control density automatically and realize auto/manual control automatically. It has concise interface.
3. Circulating pump and charge pump are designed separately which can meet the requirement of large displacement during well cementing.
4. Slurry-mixing system energy of cementing unit is partly from chassis, which increases actual power of main engine.
