450HP Workover Rig

The power system of 450HP oilfield service rigs adopts imported CAT engine and Allison transmission box.
The special equipment of well workover rigs is made up of mast, drawworks, the driving device of rotary table, the control system of hydraulic, pneumatic and electric, etc.
The max. static hook load is 1125KN. Being equipped with substructure and related accessories tit can do workover and well drilling operation.

Features

1. The chassis of 450HP oilfield service rigs adopts home-made workover rig 10×8 chassis
2. It adopts two-section telescoping mast with 29m or 32m and monkey board. Its adjusting height is 17.6m, 20.2m or 21.2m.
3. The auxiliary brake of well workover rigs adopts S122 hydraulic brake and can equip with pneumatic water cooling disc brake.
4. The main drum of drawworks adopts forced circulating water cooling, and pneumatic spray cooling system is optional for oilfield service rigs.
